ORDERING &
PAYMENT INFORMATION
• You can order any
of our products online, if something is showing out of stock please email us to
check as it may be in stock or just coming back into stock, we have shipments
arriving regularly. We can also source most bike components and electric
conversion components so please email us if you cannot find what you want on
the website.
• Once we have your
order we will check on shipping costs and email you your final invoice if there
are any changes, and advise you of your total if you are paying via EFT.
• We endeavour to
reply to all email enquiries within 24 hours except on weekends. For questions
or technical advice/information on our products please look for our email
address in the contact page.

Please note, orders
paid via Paypal will not be shipped until the funds clear into our local Australian
account. This can hold up your order for 2-3 days. We only accept Paypal for
orders up to $200.00 in value. We reserve the right to cancel any PP payment
that looks suspicious or that PP themselves flag for review.

We pack all E-Bike
kits into cardboard boxes, all parts are well packed and every system is bench
tested before being shipped out. There are no DOA kits sent out from our
workshop!! We do not drop-ship products directly to the customer from overseas,
all stock is in

We can ship to most
countries around the world, the main shipping methods are:
• Airmail STANDARD
(Signature on delivery + $7.00)
• Airmail EXPRESS
(Includes signature on delivery)

offer the best service for the weight of your package, shipments usually take
5-7 days on average for the express services. Oz-EBikes cannot be held liable
